Conversations waiting for a person to step in.
Human takeover lets an operator step into any live AI conversation — for example a customer chat handled by one of your chatbots — and continue it personally. The AI steps aside the moment you take over.
It is the safety net for customer-facing automation: monitor conversations in real time, intervene when a case needs human judgement, and hand back to the AI when you are done.
